Refund & Replacement Policy – Kibodesk Shop

At Kibodesk, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality calendars that bring joy and organization to your life. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund. To ensure a smooth and fair refund process, we have outlined our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for a replacment or refund: You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
– You have received a damaged or defective calendar not by your fault.
– You received the incorrect calendar.
– You have not received your calendar within the specified shipping time, subject to our shipping policy.
– You have canceled/updated your order in accordance with our cancellation policy which is within 12 hours since placing order and with confimation email from us.
– Returns issues must be fully informed to us by email with photos, videos… within 7 days from the date your package is delivered. If you returns without our acceptance, no refund can be done. 
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, that is not-used, and has not been damaged in any other way.
– Duplicate orders
– Other mistakes which causes by us not you…

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or website with pictures of errors and your order number.

*We will only refund or replace an item when the issue is verified to be correct.

2. Contact Customer Support:
– To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the calendar. You can reach us at [email protected] . Please provide your order number and details of the issue when contacting us. We don’t do phone service, only chat and email support.

3. Returning the Calendar:
– If your refund request is approved, we may require you to return the calendar in its original condition and packaging (if applicable). We will provide instructions on how to return the calendar, including any shipping costs associated with the return.

4. Refund Process:
– Upon receiving and inspecting the returned calendar, we will process your refund within 5 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Refund Amount:
– The refund amount will include the purchase price of the calendar and any applicable taxes paid at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellation Policy:
– If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We only accept cancelation request within 12 hours since placing order. If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been paid to produce, or shipped, we can not cancel.

7. Shipping Policy:
– Our shipping policy outlines estimated delivery times and shipping fees. We usually take about 5-8 days to finish production then 8-10 days to ship.

* CAN NOT RETURN

Below are a few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:

  • You have chosen the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong product type.
  • The image quality of the product is considered good. 90% right compare to the mockup pic on the web (due to the light, the colour can be a bit different)
  • You ordered by mistake / You’re no longer interested.
  • The orders can not be canceled after 12 hours of placing them.
  • Please note that if you use a coupon code, we don’t accept refunds in any case. Thanks for your understanding.

 Lost Order cases:

If an order is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
